Her experience includes Interface Design and Development, Technical Illustration, Multimedia Production, Programming, Exhibit Design, Presentation Training, Graphic Design, and Proposal Writing. Her passion is creative design, learning, and really good nachos. She enjoys helping clients develop a total marketing package by thinking creatively out-of-the-box. Coming from an engineering firm as a multimedia designer, Jenn started as an entrepreneur in 2010. She has been featured in local exhibits – artisan shows for her photography.

Jenn served as the Team Leader for the Annapolis Film Festival in 2018 and served on the PR Committee since 2013-2019. In addition, she served as the VPPR for the Severna Park Toastmasters in 2020-21.

BS in Management Information Systems. Denise Hightower has spent over 27 years in the Information Technology (IT) world and came to Treebranch Group LLC after working 4 years as an independent IT contractor focusing on web development, email support, database administration and support, and fulfilling other small business IT needs. Denise spent 10 years at T Rowe Price Investment Technologies where she worked in all facets of IT, from business process improvement, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), database administration, application development and support, budgetary and cost containment for IT Operations, and relationship management for outsourced resources. Denise is also well versed in email administration, website support, website design, and website hosting back-end support.

In her spare time, Denise is very active in her community. She currently serves as the president of her community association and is a member of her church council at Galilee Lutheran Church. Denise also has two teenage boys, one very hyper dog, and a fellow IT geek husband.

BS in Education & English. Nelsa served as the Marketing Director for Hiac Royco, a Division of Pacific Scientific, for over 20 years, where her responsibilities included producing national magazine ads, trade show management, web site development and maintenance, monthly international newsletters, planning annual sales meetings, budget planning and writing patent specifications. Additionally, Nelsa was the graduate advisor in Computer Science Department of the University of MD. There she participated in the beta testing programs for the products that became the Mac and first IBM personal computers. She is also Jenn’s mom and advisor in marketing.

AA Graphic Design. Having grown up during the rise of digital advertising and photomanipulation, Ali had spent her adolescence exploring the same programs she now uses daily to create everything from social media ad campaigns to brand identities. Drawing inspiration from nature and leaning on years of experience both freelancing and experimenting casually, Ali brings a digital creativity to the team through Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Animation, and the idea that graphic design is a form of visual communication used to bring people together. Ali started off as an intern in college with us and is now an essential part of our vibrant team.

Angela has 32 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant with various companies, in various industries. She is a genius with the Cricut, an organizational guru, and has so many more skills she is bringing to the team.

Angela is a lifelong resident of Anne Arundel County. Her son is currently attending High Point University as a sophomore. Like the rest of the TBG team, is a huge animal lover and lives in Millersville with her pup, Lucy.  She loves working on her home and in many different art mediums.

Aaron is currently attending American University, in D.C. where he is studying Audio Science and is a signed musician for their record label Second District Records. He is a recent graduate from Broadneck’s High School PVA program. He received a certificate of completion at the Berklee College of Music for Sound Design and Engineering. He has also attended the local summer Filmsters Academy located in Annapolis, MD. He is an aspiring musician who loves playing guitar and composing music. He supports our livestream and video projects.
